Start Date: May 2009… Restart 9/30/09. Weighed in @ 160.5 on Fri morning. Had too many carbs on Sun, so up nv weight loss a little, but it’s just water weight so not counting it because it will be lost this week when eating clean. So…. Start= 160.5. Goal= 158.5. Re-started LC’ing on 10/5/09 at 167, so hope to be down 10 pounds, to 157 (or less, hopefully) by 11/5. tttmom is offline …
